With clients in the USA, Canada, Europe, and South America, Thiago Gobet Spada has been the composer and sound designer of choice for many award-winning film, television, game, and commercial productions, both nationally and internationally.

Recently won the Best Music Score Award (2021) with the Original Music Score for the animation Sebastiana at the We Make Films, London Festival, UK. Sebastiana also got an Honorable mention at the Los Angeles film festival (LAFA). Sebastiana also was officially selected and became a finalist on several Film Festivals Worldwide, like Canada, Spain, Rome, Vienna, and Prague.

Working on a wide range of projects, genres, and music styles, some of his work includes projects for worldwide brands like IBM, Honda, Lucas Arts, MTV, Fiat, Goodyear, Natura, Ambev, Ultragaz, Mercure Hotels, Sheraton, Globo, Gloob, Globosat, CVC, Nintendo, and others.

Thiago began his music career as a bass player, writing for magazines like Guitar Player Brazil, and sideman for bands and artists from both inside and outside of Brazil, while concurrently completing his Bachelor’s degree in Composition and Conducting at FMU/FAMM and Masters Degree in Film Scoring at UNICAMP with Claudiney Carrasco. Following graduation, he began scoring corporate videos, games, documentaries, short and feature films while also working as an orchestrator, arranger, and producer for some of Brazil’s top television commercial production houses.
